Orders and Shipping
Most orders are processed within 24–48 business hours. Shipping times depend on your location and chosen shipping method. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order is shipped.
If your order hasn’t been processed or shipped, we’ll do our best to cancel or modify it. Contact us immediately at support@vapecoreusa.com. Once shipped, we cannot make changes.
If your tracking hasn’t updated in several days or your order appears lost, please contact us. We’ll help investigate and work with the shipping provider to resolve the issue promptly.

Returns and Exchanges
To begin a return or exchange, email us at support@vapecoreusa.com with your order number and reason. We’ll guide you through the next steps.
Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we do not accept returns on opened e-liquids, used coils, pods, disposable vapes, or other consumables.
If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or damaged item), we’ll cover return shipping. Otherwise, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
